One of my favorite things about blogging is meeting new people and collaborating with small businesses, participating in their journey to success. As a blogger, I usually find myself doing collaborations with brands and talking to people I’ll sadly never meet in real life. And while I do love all my social media friends, there’s something special when you can collaborate with a like-minded creative and really open up about your visions.
I had the honor to meet with the San Diego based designer behind my new obsession, Grace of Thunder. If you haven’t heard of the brand yet, you’ve been missing out!! Danielle’s simple yet eye-catching ability to design these handcrafted, beautiful wallets has me feeling as though I’m carrying something truly special!
First of all, her designs are amazing with several to choose from but because of their unique style you’re unlikely to ever find one exactly like yours and who doesn’t love that! While I love several things about the stunning wallet you’re viewing in the pics above, I’ll keep it short and sweet, only listing my personal opinions other than how beautiful they obviously are.
I adore the smaller wallet that will hold only my cards, i.d., and cash! I have other card holders but this one has a thick feel to it and I love the feeling of the soft leather in my hand. I also really like that it fits not only in my back pocket with ease but also in the front as well. To me that’s important depending on the pant I’m wearing at the time. I’m the kind of girl who loves carrying a bag but I feel at ease only carrying this wallet! It gives me the style accessory I crave for in a bag, yet allows me to move freely. This might sound strange to some but when you’re so used to always having a bag in your hand and then not having one, you definitely make a mental note. Oh , and is it just me or do you love the smell of leather as much as I do?? Leather, wood, new cars, it’s like you just can’t get enough of it! So, I randomly sniff this wallet, don’t judge! :)
Coachella is beginning this weekend and I can’t help but think how all of you who are attending should be packing your Grace of Thunder wallets, a serious bohemian staple to anyone’s wardrobe!
