Happy Thursday Day, guys! So I thought I’d switch it up a little today and feature a few areas in my house I’m really feeling lately. For me, it’s always a long process to get a house to look exactly the way I want it to and I’m almost always never satisfied. When we first moved to San Diego we knew we wanted to live in Imperial Beach so finding a place was a bit limiting and so we settled on a cute, not so little, apartment. We liked it but really wanted to be closer not only to my kids high school but also the beach! Anyway, we got lucky and scored a house before it went on the market and have lived here now for a little over a year. You’d think by now that I’d have the whole place nicely decorated but honestly it’s a work in progress. I fell in love with the white wall movement a few years ago easing my way into it after years of painting my walls dark browns, slate blues, dark grays, and even a few times black (my favorite)! Maybe the white walls is a California bohemian thing but I love it! Anyway, while I’m slacking on the majority of my house, I do have a few areas, mostly corners of rooms, oddly enough, that have received a little love while I’m currently getting other areas in the house together. The decor is mostly older and bought throughout the years and just restyled according to where we’re living but if you’d like to know where I might have gotten something just comment below or send me a message. I’ll do my best to help you out! ❤
