So, I’ve probably been wearing these cargo pants a little too often lately, but what can I say? … they go with everything! I was totally feeling them a few days ago with an all black ensemble and a touch of fur, which is really a scarf I draped over my bag to give the look some texture. Wearing it as a scarf with the leather jacket is a good look too, but this San Diego weather isn’t going to let that happen anytime soon … and for real, I’m not even mad about it ❤
I’m obsessed with this casually thrown together look! Half – tucked, button down shirts are always chic, especially when they’re denim. I love the worn out look paired with dark jeans and chunky heels and of course a statement bag always completes the outfit! This look is the perfect example of utilizing the basics from your closet and making them work ❤
I’ve so been digging the boho vibes this summer! I found this adorable zip up top at Target a couple weeks ago and I’m soooo in love with it. Pairing it with chunky heels, vintage Levi’s, and oversized sunnies really gives that ultra retro feel that I’m constantly admiring. But what I really love about this outfit it that I can wear it during the day with some cute sandals and a fringe bag or at night with heels and a clutch. Links below for purchase. Happy hump day!! ❤
Ahh, soaking up this sunshine as often as I can! Even if it’s for a short amount of time, having a tote that’s already packed with all the beach essentials makes quick little outings like this one sooooooo much easier! I absolutely love this one from Target , obviously, as you’ve been seeing it constantly on LBR lately. I also love a good oversized beach towel! I picked this one up from TJ Maxx, but you can purchase it online here. As for my coverup, I found it at H&M a couple years ago, so I’ll leave a few options for you below. Happy shopping! ❤
Ok so, for those of you who have followed me through my journey of moving to the Westcoast you may have noticed a borderline obsessive desire to obtain a large amount of cactus and succulents. I think it’s not only because they’re super mysterious and cool, probably not even because of the lack of growing in the midwest, but mostly because I can actually keep it alive!! Jk, jk … I’m not sure where the obsession comes from exactly but I just think they’re pretty freakin’ cool.
Even though my house is now in abundance of cactus, I’ve also found other items I’m coveting for myself and my home. You can click on the link below to purchase and help fedd your cactus obsession as well ❤
Today’s post is short, but sweet! I spent some time in Venice Beach today with my honey, strolling around and people watching. Temps were in the high 60’s, perfect for wearing a light sweater and jeans. I bought these loafers yesterday because I just love the burgundy and mules are always super comfortable to me.
It’s still sometimes crazy to me that I now live only two hours from here! L.A. makes for the perfect weekend getaway! I consider myself a lucky girl, in more ways than one ❤ 🙂
